BI Commentary in Webi

You can now add comments in Web Intelligence reports and manage them.BI Commentary allows document users to collaborate by commenting on any of the data or reporting elements available in a webi document. By default, BI Commentary creates and maintains its tables in the Audit database.
However, SAP recommends that you configure a new database to store the comments from BI Commentary application. BI Commentary is currently available for Web Intelligence reports only.
